Account Executive, Acquisition (Enterprise Accounts), London & South East - Remote


Our client is an award winning leader in international learning & development solutions with offices in 12 countries in Europe, Asia and Lain America.

Key offerings include learning solutions around Management & Leadership Training, Personal Effectiveness, Sales Training and Project Management.


With growth in mind, there are some openings in the UK for 2 or 3 experienced Account Executives who will be responsible for the
acquisition of Enterprise (business/corporate) accounts in London and the SE of England.

The Roles

  • Drive sales revenue growth through
    new customer acquisition.
  • Build a sales pipeline of prospect clients across a range of industries you will establish who best to target and approach and then aggressively focus on key activities (outbound calls, meetings, proposals, contracts, etc) to deliver sales revenue.
  • Once you've won the business you will account manage the client.
Your Experience Thus Far

  • Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in selling learning, human capital, human capital technology or professional services to large businesses in the South East of England.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
  • Ability to prospect in a disciplined and structured manner.
  • Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company's offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.


The roles are home based but you will be expected to travel in to the office for training, team meetings and collaboration once per week.

You should therefore live in or close to London, especially as your prospects are in that same area, too.


The roles will particularly suit hungry and ambitious individuals who are keen to grow their career and who love to hunt and prospect for new business.

The starting salary budget is set at £40k-£50k plus commissions. OTE can potentially reach as high as £90k. There is a good benefits package on top.
