- Manage and maintain construction project files, ensuring all documents are organized, updated, and readily accessible.
- Oversee communication and correspondence between the construction site and off-site personnel, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, timelines, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the site management team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction or a related industry.
- Experience with BIM 360
- Experience with Autodesk Docs
