**Operations Manager

    Salary: £4455k + Bonus +Benefits

Location:
Stoke On Trent


We are currently working for an Operations Manager to run an internal department for a progressive Gas company who cover everything from domestic gas installation, service and repairs to multimillion commercial contracts.

This is a permanent position, workingMonday to Friday initially working in the office with flexibility.


Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:


  • Leading a team to deliver on our various contracts and projects for our clients.
  • Reporting directly to the board of directors a
  • Actively providing operational reports and KPI information.
  • Managing a varied portfolio of projects, covering domestic, commercial and renewable.
  • Overseeing and managing the business
  • Ensuring that projects are completed to the required standards, time and cost.
  • Liaising with clients and site staff to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and agreements are fully delivered.
  • Managing budgets, driving the business forward
  • Monitoring team targets, ensuring they are adhered too

Skills/Experience expected for the Field Service Engineer:

  • At least 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager, leading teams to successfully deliver on larger scale projects
  • Proven history in successful client liaison.
  • Gas qualifications are essential.
  • Experience in Project management and logístical management
  • Must have a full clean driving license.
  • Understanding of Financial and budgets
