- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Officers, councillors and members of the public who approach Legal Services, providing an excellent customer contact experience

As Legal Services Business Manager, you will play a key role working with the Borough Solicitor to deliver a resilient, responsive efficient and effective Legal Service. You will act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including Officers, Elected Members and members of the public and support our fee earners to deliver a first class service.
