    Health and Safety Director - Europe

    A unique leadership opportunity has arisen within an globally renowned engineering organisation, where directly reporting to the Regional Chief Executive Officer, but with a dotted line to the Group Executive Team, you will benefit from an autonomous and well supported position.

    €To be strongly considered, the successful Health and Safety Director - Europe will:

    Have a proven track record in working collaboratively within a decentralised organisation working with high risk environments such as construction, oil and gas, mining, or industrial services.

    Have a forward-thinking approach to develop long term strategies, with the experience of reporting to and influencing executive stakeholders.

    In return, the Global Head of Safety will be offered a highly competitive compensation package of £170,000 to £190,000 fixed salary, in addition to a bonus scheme, long term incentive plan, plus a host of other major benefits.
