    As they continue to expand their portfolio, we are helping them to find a dynamic and experienced Assistant Site Manager.

    As Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of large-scale residential flatted developments.

    Working closely with the Site Manager and project teams, you will ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
    Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site to create a secure working environment.
    Keep accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident reports.
    Collaborate with the Site Manager to resolve any emerging issues and provide innovative solutions

    Qualifications and Experience:
    Previous experience working on residential new build projects is essential.
    Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and industry best practices.
    Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
