    My client is a specialist in the field of active and passive fire protection, turning over in excess of £20 million per year across the group.


    They deliver fire safety works across the UK to a wide range of high profile clients, ensuring they provide a full turnkey solution across active and passive fire.


    They are seeking to strengthen the commercial team by recruiting a sales manager to drive the business forward over the next calendar year and enable them to hit their targets.

    You will be responsible for the overall management of long-term sales and business development for the Company. This may include the integration of further fire businesses as the company continues to expand.

    Tendering and bid writing oversight

    • Strategic development - brand, pricing, market positioning
    • Sales team and process management.
    • Oversight of key supplier and subcontractors, applications, retentions, disputes
    • Health & safety, environmental and quality compliance


    Based on the excellent delivery capability of the company, they are seeking to substantially upscale the business from its current £2.

    Target focused and strong sales drive

    • Some technical Passive Fire knowledge preferred.
    • Familiarity of working with IT based surveying and quoting tools/systems.
