    This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a National Sales Company & develop a core understanding of the world of Marketing & Sales. The Sales Operations team is leading the improvement of the existing Ford of Britain sales processes by driving forward new data-led decision making tools.

  • Develop monthly programmes (with Sales Channel granularity) to strict deadline.
  • Building in channel manager views, liaising with Marketing and Finance, aligning with sales programme.
  • Develop strategy papers for quarterly Dealer Performance Award objectives and maintain processes to provide correct district/ dealer objective splits.
  • Set monthly calendar national/ district/ dealer objectives to secure sales volume requirements.
  • Manage district objective amends process ensure robust tracking and documentation of all changes, including directors' approvals.
  • Track dealer performance & put forward to management team the sales performance insights which could challenge the agreed strategies/ objectives.
  • Manage the interface between the Ford dealer payment systems and the sales operations teams – populating objectives (seamless data transfers), investigating and resolving any objective related dealer payment queries.
  • Identify opportunities for improved data-led processes with Sales Operations (Ford of Britain local projects and collaborations with European Teams to improve quality of European tools).
  • Project manage the delivery of the new processes (coordination with stakeholders / timeline, priorities & resource management / launch training / maintenance).
  • Ensure delivered projects (including code written) complies with Ford Reporting guidelines.
  • Be the voice of innovation.
  • Microsoft Excel (including strong VBA working knowledge) / Microsoft Access / SQL / Alteryx / Qliksense SME (evidence of delivered projects required).
  • Python knowledge also useful but not essential.
  • Ability to interpret, summarize and present complex data.
  • Good inter-personal skills that develop strong relationships between various business areas including Finance and Senior Management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment on complex long term projects.
  • Proven practiced level of analytical experience.
