Description
Impact Recycling is a technology company that have developed ground-breaking mechanical recycling technologies to recycle post-consumer plastic at commercial scale.
We are seeking an experienced office manager who will report to the CFO, to assume the following responsibilities:- Logistics Coordination
- Maintain stock records
- Credit control duties
- Purchase order processing and purchase invoice matching
- Post sales and supplier invoices
- Process expense claims
- Absence recording
- Payroll processing
- Credit control duties
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures
- Managing mailboxes
- Administrative tasks as required
Experience:
- Experience of general invoicing practices, VAT etc
- Experience and knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
- Good attention to detail
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
