Impact Recycling is a technology company that have developed ground-breaking mechanical recycling technologies to recycle post-consumer plastic at commercial scale.

We are seeking an experienced office manager who will report to the CFO, to assume the following responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination
  • Maintain stock records
  • Credit control duties
  • Purchase order processing and purchase invoice matching
  • Post sales and supplier invoices
  • Process expense claims
  • Absence recording
  • Payroll processing
  • Credit control duties
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures
  • Managing mailboxes
  • Administrative tasks as required

Experience:


  • Experience of general invoicing practices, VAT etc
  • Experience and knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
  • Good attention to detail

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
