You will be working for a fast paced, fast growth major sportswear brand, reporting into the AP & AR Manager, enjoying wide exposure to all areas of the business.

You will be supporting the team with processing of the Accounts Payable function within the business, with an emphasis on timely and correct delivery of standard duties, along with any ad-hoc tasks that will arise.

Responsible for processing purchase invoices and supplier bills correctly and within company time-framesLiaising with operations to ensure stock in/out movement is correct before payments are authorisedFlag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or pricesEnsure correct invoices are matched & queries raised with relevant departmentsProcessing multi-currency payments, ensure correct tax treatmentCarrying out analysis on AP and cash balancesPreparing and completing journals and investigating debit balancesAssist with month end closingAssist with Bank reconciliationsLiaising with key stakeholders within the businessKey skills and competencies needed; & we will never contact you via WhatsApp without calling you prior nor would we ever ask for any financial information **
