- Backing the Council's goals by offering legal direction in line with commercial property strategies and policies, showcasing a deep understanding of local authority governance.
- Offering prompt and efficient legal services to the Council and its affiliates.
- Spotting chances for enhancements in team procedures and systems, contributing to the continuous advancement of commercial property legal services.
- Engaging in initiatives for service improvement, aiding in the accomplishment of strategic objectives as set out in the Legal Services Strategy and Service Development Plan.
- Being a fully certified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX, with a background in commercial property law - Essential.
- Preferably possessing expertise and a sound grasp of local authority governance, along with the capacity to advise on all aspects of local authority land transactions - Preferable.
- Your experience should involve dealing with commercial property law within the public sector. - Preferable.
