    We currently have an opportunity for a Head of Brand and Digital Marketing to join our team at SNAP in Norwich working Monday to Friday 35hrs per week

    As Head of Brand & Digital Design you will be responsible for creation and delivery of the SNAP digital marketing, customer acquisition and brand strategy. Work in partnership with senior stakeholders to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the sector, market value chain and the competitors that operate within these markets. Create and execute customer centric marketing strategies, driving growth and competitive advantage by adding value to the SNAP proposition.

    Drive customer acquisition, customer retention and wallet share growth through the creation and delivery of market leading initiatives. Build brand awareness within the UK, Europe and wider global markets using engagement as a tool to deliver growth through digital work streams.

    Define and lead the social media strategy, awareness of industry trends, economic and environmental impacts which change customer behaviour and impact consumer decision making. Ownership of the user experience, influencing the future technology developments aligned to business and consumer needs.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Accountable for creating a digital marketing plan to support and drive commercial success on all SNAP products
    • Develop a customer value proposition for all SNAP products and systems
    • Accountable for the social media strategy, adapting content to multiple languages with an awareness of cultural diversity. Management of the delivery and content of all streams including blogs
    • Accountable for the look, feel and user experience of the website. Meeting the needs of fleets, drivers and locations in addition to wider brand awareness. Adapting to cultural diversity and language differences where required
    • Accountable for the look, feel and user experience of the various portals
    • Accountable for the InTruck user experience, working with internal stakeholders recommending the on-going UX developments
    • To liaise with the relevant senior management to gain additional customer insight and agree activity that delivers the business objectives and targets for the financial year and 3-year plan
    • Work closely with the relevant Heads of departments to agree collective strategies which align to the collective goals and objectives. Including digital and non-digital customer acquisition, customer retention and product sales targets supporting the core margin
    • Work in collaboration with wider stakeholders and peers from Roadside Services to support the delivery of group objectives where appropriate.
    • Regular reviews and business updates on the delivery of SNAP's strategy
    • Effectively brief the relevant sales teams on key marketing activity, ensure that they are fully supported from a marketing perspective.
    • Analysis and planning of business growth opportunities, in line with the company's vision to contribute to the delivery of incremental profit for the business.
    • Lead and support the marketing team to evaluate, review and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    • Ensure effective use of IT systems and programmes in line with the relevant company policies
    • Liaise, manage & work with third party organisations & agencies (e.g., RHA, DFT, Gravity, Whites)
    • Increase digital brand awareness of all SNAP activities, products and services.
    • Accountable for mapping out the end-to-end customer journey and responding to customer feedback
    • Management of, and the delivery of the ROI on industry events. Use effective data collective and feedback methodology
    • Deliver the required market research on new and existing markets
    • Management of international agencies extracting full value and gaining the required ROI
    • Strategy to improve brand awareness in all sectors and geographical trading areas
    • Accountable to produce, in conjunction with, the SNAP Finance Business Partner the annual marketing budget
    • Delivery of the marketing budget, ensure value is gained from spend and investment reporting on progress in line with the business requirements
    • Ensure the marketing budget is aligned to the commercial goals, brand development and customer acquisition work streams
    • Procure and deliver cost effective, sustainable digital solutions for increasing brand awareness and driving engagement levels
    • Deliver a continuous strategy for digital customer acquisitions, fleets and drivers, across the UK and Europe.
    • Create a strategy to increase customer engagement. Raising brand recognition and increasing the volume of consumer interactions through digital channels
    • Develop a high level of customer insight across all products and services, having a clear understanding of market size, customer's needs, buying behaviour, competitors and strategic positioning; utilising all these to develop effective strategies for achieving competitive advantage.

    What are we looking for:

    • Experience developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies
    • Digital marketing skillset, including SEO/PPC/CRO/SMO
    • Experience delivering comprehensive brand strategies
    • Insight driven and outcome focused; motivated and able to demonstrate results and ROI
    • Commercially astute with strong reporting/presentation skills
    • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Experience of working in European markets
    • Highly organised with solid project management skills
    • Effective multi-disciplined team management
    • Experience working with agencies
    • CRM competency Microsoft Dynamics preferable
    • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or related subject and maintains Marketing CPD
    • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior marketing role is desirable
