The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls
  • Front line customer service
  • Complete a file of compliant documentation
  • Using a CRM database system
  • Working to targets
This is a full time role, hours of work are shifts between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday

  • Proven experience within a telephonebased role
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Experience dealing with customer queries
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Data entry experience and use of a database
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
