- Support the business as the Compliance function SME.
- Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles
- Designing and maintaining thematic reviews and monitoring activities
- Undertake reviews of regulatory developments
- Create & maintain relevant compliance policies & procedures
- Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports.
- Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business.
- Design and deliver compliance training
- Stakeholder management with the International business
- Good knowledge of FCA requirements
- Compliance experience within the London Insurance Market
- International level of experience in Licencing Applications, desirable but not essential.
- Experience of regulatory reporting and the use of FCA systems.
- Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential)
- Experience of working with senior management.
