- Support the Senior Project Manager with gathering information from suppliers on key requirements and maintaining regular contact.
- Understand business needs and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and project team to gather content requirements and content status.
- Assist with creation of content and editing of existing content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency.
- Ensure processes and key project deadlines are achieved.
- Document processes and procedures, including training material and provide support to users on best practice and user engagement.
- Proven experience of creating and managing content for digital platforms.
- Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
- Experience of working as part of a project team beneficial.
- Administration and process management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Salary £35k to £40k
- 6 month fixed term contract
- Hybrid working - 3 days in Surrey office
- Monday to Friday 9 to 5
