£21,000 - £22,000 per annum

Job Duties:

• Conducting various accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Processing invoices and payments accurately
• Helping to maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Supporting the financial team with ad-hoc duties as required

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant qualification in accounting or finance
• Demonstrated experience in a similar accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel

Education:

A degree or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of accounting principles and practises
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
• Experience working in a fast-paced accounting department

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime during peak periods. The role may require occasional travel for meetings or training.
