Business Analyst

Tasks:


  • Work with client stakeholders, external parties and partners to capture and analyse requirements
  • Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies
  • Customer centric approach, considering the enduser in the design, anticipating requirements, suggesting areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Effectively communicating updates to crossfunctional team members and stakeholders, whilst staying on top of the latest process and IT advancements
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
  • Supporting the Delivery Lead in developing project plans, and monitoring performance

Qualifications:


  • A minimum 2.1 Bachelor's degree is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technologyrelated field
  • Excellent communications skills
  • A passion for technology and a strong interest in becoming a cloud specialist
  • Flexibility regarding local and international travel and flexible attitude towards working across different client projects
  • Desired programming language skills: C#,.NET
  • Preferred 2 years experience as an analyst
