The Claims Team:
We believe that the claims experience can be so much better in the insurance industry So, our mission is to deliver the most delightful and efficient claims experience to our customers.
We are committed to re-imagining the claims experience, and you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class service for our customers.
You will work 1 week of 'late' shifts (11am-8pm, Monday - Friday) followed by 3 weeks of normal shifts (9am-6pm).
You will also work 1 weekend out of 4, with time off in lieu.What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound phone calls to third party drivers who have been involved in an accident with a Marshmallow customer
- Selling the benefits of using Marshmallow claims services to third party drivers, so we can organise their vehicle repairs and alternative vehicles as necessary
- Providing updates to third party drivers who are using our claims services, ensuring they receive a high quality, professional and empathetic service
- Proactively managing the claims journey for the third party and ensuring their claim is settled quickly and efficiently
- Using your initiative as well as various tools to locate driver contact details and cross referencing information between various databases
- Occasionally taking inbound call to register new claims, providing outstanding service and ensuring customer needs are taken care of sensitively and effectively
- Proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations of our customers, identifying where and how we can change our processes to improve results
- Liaising with our partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who you are:
- Someone who enjoys the challenge of tracking down the right people to speak to, and then perfecting the best sales strategy
- You enjoy problemsolving and can make decisions quickly
- You are a quick learner and embrace change
- You are a selfstarter who likes to take ownership
- You are organised and can be relied upon to get things done
What we're looking for from you:
- The ability to utilise your enthusiasm to positively influence customers
- Desirable: experience in a customer facing role requiring persuasion skills such as Sales or Fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident telephone manner
- Ideally some experience of outbound phone calls
- Desirable: knowledge of motor claims processes
