Description
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products or services.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or concerns
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining calm and professional, even in challenging situations
Salary:
From £24,653.08 per year
