Description
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products or services.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or concerns
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining calm and professional, even in challenging situations

Salary:
From £24,653.08 per year
