    Data Officer (Insurance)

    Salary:
    £23,000-£27,000Contract: 12-month FTC (Potential for extension)

    Working as part of the busy Governance and Compliance team, you will act as support on a wide range of insurance and data issues.

    The Data Officer will be required to effectively capture, and present company data required to support a robust insurance programme as well as key projects that impact the groups insurance arrangements.


    Key responsibilities:
    Complete regular updates of insurance data into the groups asset management system.
    Fulfil necessary data capture for newly acquired stock in accordance with insurance requirements.
    Acquire relevant business information needed by insurers and process it in accordance with relevant projects.
    Review property documents, extract, and document property information. Support the insurance officer with the gathering of data and information relating to claim matters.
    Support the Project Manager (Insurance) on relevant projects as required.
    Assist in organising scheduled and targeted internal staff training sessions. Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues.

    For this role, were looking for someone with the following:Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*-C)Proven experience within an insurance or data analyst type role / environment.

    Strong IT skills - intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookProficient in both verbal and written communication, demonstrating a high level of literacy.
