Emtec Energy are actively seeking a Project Administrator to join our fantastic Large Projects Team based at our Uddingston HQ.

This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career as part of a large renewable technologies installation company.

The Role

As a Project Administrator, you will provide critical support to the pre-construction and operations departments to ensure our projects are managed seamlessly from inception to completion.

Deliver highquality administrative support to the preconstruction and operations team.
Assist in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
Assist the project team with work planning and liaising with subcontractors.
Ensure project files are kept up to date with latest drawings, standards and completed works documentation.
Raise Purchase orders and Subcontract orders using Navision software.

What you will need

Previous experience in a fastpaced administrative role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail
Top notch time management skills
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package
