Summary and purpose of role:

We are looked for passionate and talented individuals to join us, on a temporary basis, as a Wholesale Assistant.

Support the Joseph wholesale team throughout Spring/Summer 2025 sales campaign including the aftersales process.


Key Responsibilities of the role:

Maintain upkeep of the London and Paris selling spaces, ensuring samples are handled with care and displayed to a high visual standard.

Welcome clients into the showroom and organize beverages if requested.
Style showroom models to reflect Look book imagery.
Assist with showroom set up, tear down, and packing of the sample collection in a timely manner.
Assist wholesale team with sales appointments.
Assist wholesale team with order entry and amendments where necessary ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Any additional ad-hoc duties which may arise.
Assist with the sorting, organization and retention of the samples.


Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience from within a similar capacity desired but not essential.
Experience with JOOR helpful but not essential.
Excellent administration skills, confident with Microsoft programs including Outlook and Excel.
Demonstrable communication skills, able to confidently liaise with key stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner.
Meticulous attention to detail with administrative tasks.
