    Centre Point Recruitment is working with a well-established and leading managing agent who specialise in high-end residential developments in Central London.

    They are seeking a General Manager to oversee a new residential development in Central London.

    Our client wishes to hire someone with proven, luxury estate management experience, who can offer supervision and support to on-site team.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Directly responsible for day to day management and operations of a new development consisting of circa 250 luxury residential properties, along with a small amount of retail and office space
    • Collaborating with the head office team to ensure compliance with Landlord Tenant agreements and the completion of all obligations outlined in the lease and services agreement. This encompasses managing all aspects of residential lifestyle services and residential managing agent services required by the client and leaseholders.
    • Managing and enhancing the team, which involves tasks such as recruitment, training, and setting service expectations to align with ongoing management objectives.
    • Upholding and promoting the vision and culture of within the development, working closely with all stakeholders to achieve this goal.
    • Assisting in managing contractor tenders, contracts, and service delivery providers to ensure efficient operations.
    • Ensuring compliance with all documentation, including Health and Safety regulations, and scheduling necessary inspections and snagging activities.
    • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and other legal requirements, promptly addressing and following up on any related issues.
    • Managing the Service Charge budget and participating in weekly/monthly/annual meetings with the appointed accountant.
    • Obtaining quotes, suppliers, and tenders for necessary services on-site to maintain and upkeep the property.

    Key requirements:

    • Proven experience within a General/Estate Manager position with high-end residential properties

    Location: City Of London

    Salary: up to £65,000
