    Content Catalyst is a rapidly growing tech company based in Cambridge, UK. We're consultants and technologists who put proactivity at the heart of publishing. We help analyst firms create a first-class subscriber experience, upsell and cross-sell reports, and use data to prove the value of content to clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic go-to-market expert to support and maintain the unique product and services that defines our business.

    The Marketing Manager will ill be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise our marketing campaigns and maximize growth opportunities.     MAIN TASKS

    • Work with the COO and CEO to drive go-to-market activity.
    • Develop communications for clients to help with retention and upsell.
    • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations.
    • Produce and maintain marketing and sales support assets.
    • Manage 1x marketing executive.

    Go-to-Market

    • Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities and build account profiles.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
    • Work with the business development manager to create targeted go-to-market strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and third-party sites that attracts target groups
    • Working in partnership with Business Development, Product & Client Success implement lead generation initiatives.
    • Create & maintain sales enablement materials for all parts of the funnel.
    • Maintain existing content library and plan content calendar. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant content that resonates.

    Key Skills

    • Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role in a B2B environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
    • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Location / Hours

    • You must be based within 1 hour's travel from Cambridge for face to face meetings with other team members.
    • We will consider a part-time position (3 or 4 days per week).
    • The role is remote-only and you will work from home.
