Are you a talented
Outdoor Event Producer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience producing and delivering outside events in the annual calendar? If so then you could be perfect for our client, a Wellbeingand Social Welfare Charity in London.

All events proceedings help the chairty to raise funds to enhance green spaces, halls, and community centres.

This role is to start ASAP and is permanent. This role will be hybrid working with majority in the office near Stockwell Station, SW9.

The Role:
In this
Outdoor Event Producer, you will line manage a team of 4 people and report to Head of Events

Specific tasks include:

Develop and design new revenuegenerating events as part of the charity growth strategy.
To overall all events produced from start to finish.
Deal with all budgets and review expenditure.
Produce all relevant production paperwork including safety and emergency plans.
Booking and managing casual staff assisting with events and ensures that they are fully briefed.
Work with the Marketing Team to ensure they can develop and create marketing strategies and produce relevant materials for the event.
Liaising with services and contractors for the delivery of event productions.
Acting as the appointed site manager and assisting with the physical set up and dismantling of events.
Create monthly reports.
Managing rotas and timesheets for casual staff.
Dealing with relevant queries and complaints raised by all parties.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Patience and ability to negotiate professionally with suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience leading on all operations of the event.
Excellent budget skills.
Fastidious and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with working across multiple largescale budgets.
Previous line or team management
