- Compiling draft contract packs.
- Drafting and submitting SDLT forms.
- Chasing outstanding enquiries.
- Obtaining local authority searches, Thames Water searches, etc.
- Drafting AP1's and TR1's.
- Speaking to clients, solicitors, and organizations.
- Taking on residential sale files as a fee earner.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with a case management system, preferably Leap or similar.
- High level of productivity and attention to detail. Handles 30 cases on average.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Able to learn procedural and processing requirements for various visa types
- Build knowledge of Firm with potential clients.
- Display professionalism, quality of service and a "can do" attitude. Ensure that all client interactions are positive and focused on understanding their needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products. Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Minimum of 6 months' employment as a conveyancing assistant or paralegal.
- Bachelor of Law (LLB).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Display professionalism, quality of service and a "can do" attitude.
