- Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, acquire assignments and position the firm as a leading group.
- Working with fee earners to create client plans, meet their needs, and discover opportunities within each account.
- Leading planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets.
- Collaborating with the team in creating marketing collaterals and executing business strategies.
- Related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
- Minimum one year experience in business development within professional services.
- Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Manage workload independently while maintaining high work standards.
