Evening Shift work Tuesday to Saturday, 4.30pm - 11pm


Requirements for our Customer Service Advisor:

  • 1+ year consistent Customer Service
  • Can commit to evening shifts Tuesday
  • Saturday
  • Rapport build host a conversation and question to problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues/problems/complaints

Responsibilities of our Customer Service Advisor:

  • Diagnose technical issues and quickly provide a solution
  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience by resolving issues on the first call
  • Talk the customers through a series of actions to resolve their technical issues
  • Summarise the actions taken to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of the product
  • Learn and understand our products and services to troubleshoot effectively
