Job description. Head of FM

Location:
Leeds


  • Manage and achieve budget on FM and PPM accounts.
  • Manage and supervise allocated FM accounts in Leeds
  • Support and manage contracts managers
  • Report directly into the Regional Director and Board
  • Manage a team of multi skilled engineers
  • Manage a portfolio and program of works
  • Manage the FM helpdesk and staff
  • Achieve client KPI's and SLA's and grow the key accounts allocated
  • Help secure new accounts and grow them
  • Presentations to clients
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Good literacy skills, computer skills, able to produce programmes of work, RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, quotes, schedule of rates and site visits.
  • Travel to sites, meet with clients, conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and conduct tool box talks with engineers with occasional overnight stay as we are a national company. Client entertaining and business development.
  • To monitor and support the Site Managers, Site Leads, Direct Trades and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure site safety is managed and always maintained in line with Enertech standards.
  • Ensure all employees conduct working activities in a safe manner, compliance with company and legislative H&S procedures.
  • Place orders and monitor material and plant orders, stock levels and distribution.
  • Maximise delivery of projects within budget and in accordance with the client specification.

Person specification.

  • Experience of managing, multisite projects at senior level,
  • Mechanical, electrical, fabric trade background or trade qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Confident and professional with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure effective lines of communication (internally and externally).
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and have a flexible 'hands on' approach to ensuring service delivery and complete client satisfaction.
