    This esteemed leading international law firm are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Company Secretary Delivery Manager.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective deliver of company secretarial services within the firm.

    Working closely with the senior stakeholders and legal teams, you will oversee all aspects of company secretarial compliance, governance and administration.

    Leading and managing the company secretarial function is a large responsibility of this role, providing expert guidance and support to the internal stakeholders, as well as managing portfolios of key corporate clients.

    We are seeking someone who obtains a Chartered Company Secretary qualification (ACIS or FCIS). You must have in-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Experience within a similar role in a law firm or professional services is essential.
