Description

We're looking for an intelligent Sales Team Manager to join our fast growing client in Hove.

They work with people looking to re-skill/up-skill, and help them achieve this by recommending the appropriate E-learning course(s).

They also offer continual support throughout the learning process and a job support service at the end, supporting the person to gain the employment in their desired industry.

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

£70,000+ OTE

The Sales Team Manager will lead and support a team of Sales Consultants and ensure they are successfully achieving their targets.

This isn't a Player-Manager position, your sole focus will be to manage and provide guidance to the team in a highly rewarding industry.

Key duties include:

Leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants
Guiding them through an agreed set of metrics to develop greater sales capability
Reach and exceed all sales targets and business KPI's
Forecasting and reporting on team and individual sales performance
Monitoring team call recordings
Conducting regular team training sessions to share best practice
Recommending improvements to the sales process to maximise sales
Supporting with the recruitment and training of new consultants within the team
Support the Head of Sales to create and improve internal processes to improve productivity
Collaborating with various stakeholders to strengthen the sales proposition
Look for opportunities and provide solutions
Provide inspiration and motivation using a personalised approach
