We're looking for someone who is resilient with a high degree of confidence with the ability to multi-task and answer high volume calls and to co-ordinator the hires of our impressive fleet of MEWPs & Spiders.

Being able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with our customers is critical.

Attention to detail is a must as the role will be required to input data into our hire software, the individual must be pro-active to ensure all departments work together, confidence is vital for this role.


On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with our other departments, liaising regularly with customers, operators and engineers to ensure mínimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment.

Experience of using Big change software and telephone sales experience would be an advantage.


The role requires you to have the ability to work in an ever-changing fast paced environment whilst supervising and supporting other member within the team.

Knowing the importance of self-motivation, enthusiasm and resilience is key for this role.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
