Key Responsibilities:
The post sits as a part of our Housing Services department, which is a key in maintaining our tenancies.

The post holder will be expected to support the independent living tenants by aiding the older people to maintain their tenancies through Castlehill enhanced housing management service model.


This will include:

  • Assist tenants to sustain their tenancy by providing a property check call in accordance with tenants wishes and signposting to relevant agencies.
  • Assisting with tenancy related issues, including the safety and security of the building and neighbour relationships to ensure we keep a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote independent living by providing information on and helping to access the Associations adaptations service
  • Coordinate access to facilities for tenants including; laundry areas, storage areas for equipment, social activities in common areas, and guest bedroom accommodation
  • Act as a liaison between office and the scheme regarding facilities issues and tenancy issues

About you:


You will be interested in working with older people, possess good communication skills and want to make a difference in your local community.


We expect you to be educated to National 4 level or equivalent, with good literacy and numeracy skills, and have Experience of working in customer facing role, preferably in the housing or social care sector.

To excel in the role you have good communications skills both verbally and in writing, you are able to work independently, maintaining confidentiality and keeping accurate records, and have good IT skills with knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages.

Please note, PVG is required for this role.
