    No experience necessary, full training is provided

    Purpose of the role:

    As a Broiler Stockperson, you will assist in all operative aspects of the day to day running of the broiler farm throughout the growing cycle from chick stage to depletion. Your key responsibilities as a Farm Stockperson will include:

    •To assist and carry out any operational tasks as outlined by the Manager and Area Manager

    •Ensuring adherence to the company Health and Safety as well as Bio-security policies and procedures

    •Maintain health and welfare of the stock by Maintaining Bird Welfare at all times, ensuring feed and drink systems are functional andaccessible, maintaining correct minimum ventilation and hygiene standards, monitoring temperaturevariations

    •Upholding hygiene standards

    •Checking catching standards and bird welfare

    •Ensure the farm record keeping and documentation is kept up to date

    •This role involves manual lifting of feed and/equipment up to a maximum of 25kg. You will also be required to work in farmbuildingsand operate individually.
