Are you an expert in designing and deploying innovative reward strategies? Are you passionate about delivering impactful reports and driving key People & Culture projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual like you to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's success
As our Reward Strategy Architect, you'll take the lead in developing and implementing a cutting-edge reward strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver reports and Management Information, ensuring compliance with Remuneration Committee requirements while keeping everything on track and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement endtoend compensation and benefits strategies.
- Deliver an effective service to a range of employees across the business.
- Take ownership for reward processes including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and
- Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing.
- Manage the reward aspect of all People policies.

- Proven capabilities as a senior leader and manager, with a proactive flexible and inclusive management style.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, wellstructured reports and briefs.
