    Customer Service Advisor - on going contract in Reading

    02 per hour (gross)Monday to Friday (Days)The Job is based in Reading.

    On going contractImmediate start for the right applicant Main Duties:

    Managing customer billing work flowGeneral admin workResponding to customer queries via email and telephoneRequirements:Previous experience in call centre environmentsSuperb customer services & communication skillsGood IT skills (especially Excel)Previous experience in admin rolesExperience in handling customer over different platforms (emails, calls etc) is essential.

    £14.02 per day (gross)
