    This role will be responsible for leading the interface between the Company and customers and the achievement of Company sales, share and profit goals, including maintaining and developing the growth of our brands.

    This is a demanding role that will require drive, ambition, and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to drive high levels of customer intimacy.

    Prepare an annual sales plan and deliver against agreed KPIs.


    • Deliver financial and volume forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Develop and recommend account strategies and tactics to maximize the sales and gross profit for both parties.
    • Proven successful experience at the Senior National Account Manager level (or similar) within a branded FMCG business selling B2B for at least two trading cycles.
    • Strong understanding and experience of UK retail trade/ private label.
    • Understanding of category management process and awareness of how to use the process to generate wins.
    • Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales opportunities internally and externally.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Computer literacy with experience in learning new IT systems, and applications and confidence using digital systems and processes
    • Full product and system training will be provided.
