- Responsibility for collecting debt for a set of customers and recovering monies owed
- Dealing with complicated debt cases, able to resolve reconciliation and payment allocation issues
- Ensure a clear position of debt and recovery is provided to the customer
- Responsible for negotiating payment plans with customer
- Driving resolution of internal issues that delay payment with internal stakeholders
- Salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 + benefits

Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with an established and reputable Bristol brand to recruit a new Credit Controller to manage key relationships across the customer base. This newly formed role will provide a key part of the Credit function of the business.
About you
You will have prior Credit Control experience and take pride in managing key accounts/relationships. You will be motivated by high standards of work and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
The role
This is a great platform for someone with prior Credit Control experience. You will also support the Credit Manager with broader change/improvements to systems and processes.
