Description:Part Time/Full-time Performer Dentist required in a busy, well established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice near Worthing, West Sussex

• £14 per UDA

• GOOD PRIVATE POTENTIAL

• UDAs available flexible

• 50% - 50% split on Private & Labs

• Hours 8.30am - 5pm

• Existing well maintained list

• Fully computerised surgeries, SOE

• Modern, air conditioned 4 surgery practice

• Digital x-rays, intra-oral Scanner, Rotary Endo,

• Full, longstanding support team including a Hygienist

• Parking on site

• 35 minutes from Brighton. 30 minutes from Chichester. 40 minutes from Crawley

• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
