    Land and Partnership Manager

    Land and Partnership Manager

    Location: Manchester or Leeds (hybrid working)

    Permanent position, full-time or part-time applications welcome

    CPC are looking to make an appointment within our Land and Partnership Team in the North. The purpose of this hire is to increase our service offering within the housing sector in terms of pro-actively sourcing, managing and progressing land and partnership opportunities.

    Relevant skills and experience:

    • Experience of working with or for a Housing Association / Housing Developers
    • Have a strong network of consultants, agents and developers
    • Experience of sourcing, managing and progressing land and partnership opportunities
    • Experience of working with or for a Housing Association
    • Have experience of project management
