- Ecommerce ambassador for the business with comprehensive ownership of the site.
- Manage all web projects, utilizing expert UX and merchandising skills to optimize the site.
- As a Shopify expert, you will oversee the back end while collaborating closely with the developer for any updates and maintenance.
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, and LTV with the responsibility of enhancing and sustaining these metrics.
- Conduct AB/Multivariate testing to enhance conversion and engagement on the site.
- Analyze campaign outcomes, establish benchmarks, and generate regular performance reports.
- Expertise in current e-commerce industry best practices, with a focus on Trading/CRO.
- Manage product launches and uploads on Shopify in accordance with the release calendar.
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in managing and expanding an e-commerce site.
- Preferably have startup experience and thrive in an entrepreneurial scaling-up environment.
- Proficient with Analytical/CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, etc.
- Commercially minded in e-commerce and enjoys being hands-on across all areas.
- Expert in Shopify and common 3rd party applications.
- Possess a strong analytical background with experience in data analysis and KPI setting.
- CRO methodology at the core of all your actions.
