    Description

    ACE Money Transfer is UK based company with its headquarters in Manchester, United Kingdom. The company is an online remittance services provider for customers from UK, Canada, Australia, and European Union, including Switzerland.

    We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations and business transactions for Bangladesh follows all relevant AML, CTF and other compliance rules & regulations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Understand the scope and purpose of Compliance.
    • Implementing the Anti-Money Laundering and other Laws/Regulations, compliance Policies and Procedures in UK and overseas offices for Bangladesh Transactions.
    • Learning of crucial parameters of Transactions monitoring and screening. (i.e. Global Compliance rules along with appropriate action)
    • Facilitating the customers by giving alternative solutions without compromising compliance. Follow the customer-oriented approach.
    • Dealing with any compliance-related complaints escalated by the Customer experience team or by customer notes/tickets/emails.
    • Communicating with remitters/senders regarding their compliance requirements and for prompt completion of their transactions.
    • Conducting or assisting seniors in the internal investigation of compliance issues.
    • Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
    • Submitting suspicious activity reports and follow up of SARs.
    • Preparing day-to-day and periodic reports/summaries etc.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Graduation – preferable in Business studies
    • Certifications in Compliance will be preferred.
    • Customer services experience in Bengali Language.
