- With the owner/management team looking to retire within 5 to 10 years, the ideal candidate will have the aptitude and ambition to succeed them with the opportunity to progress to ownership of the business
- CNC Milling experience is a must (Heidenhain controls would be an advantage).
- Editing, Setting and Operating CNC Mills (3 axis).
- CADCAM Programming (ideally experience with Pro-Engineer, but will consider other CADCAM Software experience)
- CNC Milling (editing, setting and operating 3 axis Mills)
- Must be confident using all manual workshop machinery including Lathes, Mills, Grinding and Spark Erosion machines.
