DP World are recruiting for an IT Project Manager to provide support to the Regional IT team in providing IT Project management support across a wide discipline of both internal and external projects covering, Infrastructure, Transformation, Information Security, Contract Logistics, Freight, Ports and Terminals as well as global technology accounts.

This is a remote role reporting to our IT Program Manager and supporting key projects across Europe and wider Global accounts.

Our successful candidate must have logistics experience.

How you will contribute

• Project Management execution to internal SLA's and KPI's
• Team Leadership – build high performing team
• Stakeholder Management – engage with key stakeholders to maintain pipeline and effective communication on existing programs and projects
• Reporting – maintain comprehensive project reporting and documentation with regular status updates both weekly and monthly
• Budget/Risk/Resource – implement formal processes for managing budget/risk and resource within the team for the program and project level activities.
• Customer satisfaction – monitor and measure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers
• Manage multiple regional IT customer projects simultaneously.
• Provide detailed project planning & workstream allocations for all involved parties.
• Facilitate the definition of requirements, acceptance, and implementation of IT business solutions to ensure the realization of customer expectations.
• Liaison/point of contact between operations management and IT (software development, QA, DBA's & infrastructure teams).
• Management, diagnosis, and prioritization of issue logging in conjunction with Business Project Manager.
• Conform to the processes and requirements of the synchronized management system.

What you will bring

• Master's degree (Computer Science, or Business Administration with emphasis in Computer Science), or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years working in a multi-national enterprise environment. Demonstrated project leadership and supervisory experience required including significant relationship management in dealings with internal & external customers.
• IT project experience in design and delivery of complex supply chain logistics required.
• Strong IT background required with broad exposure to IT solutions design and delivery of high end/high volume/complex solutions (application and infrastructure) deployed on a continental / international basis.
• Experience and understanding of enterprise architecture and software systems relating to the provision of 3rd party logistics solutions and integration to Customer systems and local automation/leading edge technologies (AGV/Wearables/Conveyor/PLC driven systems).
• Project Experience in the logistics industry across multiple areas, including but not limited to supply chain delivery in fulfilment & warehousing, automotive, technology, industrial, consumer, retail, health care, high complexity manufacturing logistics.

NOTE: There will be 10-25% travel requirement to attend team and site meetings. There may also be some adhoc travel across Europe when projects and the business require.
