    We are seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager/ Senior Contracts Manager (clinical trial site agreements) to join our team

    We handle every aspect of clinical trials from initial strategy and design to selecting sites and executing quality clinical trials.

    As a Contracts Manager/Senior Contracts Manager you will review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements across various locations.

    You will be actively taking part in setting up contracting strategies for assigned projects.

    This position will be to work closely with Clinical Operations study team and play a key role to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.

    Strong relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts, as well as management, control and tracking of the contract process.

    You will be fully responsible for Site Contract Management from setting up site contracting strategy to execution of contracts.
    Experience within CRO, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
    Graduate of a secondary education or equivalent degree;
    Is proficient in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
    Works well independently and cooperatively with others to achieve common goals in a virtual environment.
    Some domestic and occasional international travel including overnight stays.
