    Professional – Responsive – Creative – Inspiring – Collaborative

    About You
You need to be dynamic, driven, detail oriented and an effective communicator across all levels.

    What We Offer
We promise a work environment that is both supportive and invigorating, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be welcomed into a culture that truly values every individual's contribution.

When you work with us, students and faculty will frequently turn to you with enquiries via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. An integral part of the role will involve assisting pivotal academic milestones such as enrolment or graduation. When working at USW we envision you as someone who continuously seeks avenues to refine and enhance our processes, whilst vigilantly maintaining our student record. As part of our team, you will become an essential pivot in a diverse academic ecosystem, gaining a rich insight into Higher Education.

    Location
The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week. Your principal location of work will be at the Pontypridd campus, although we do expect you to travel and work from all three of the USW campuses. At peak periods it will be essential for you to work outside of our usual office hours and over the weekend.
