Shift Pattern
:
Monday to Friday: 8am-7pmand? 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-1pm

As a Customer Service Advisor in our Life Servicing team, you'll be there to help customers with all their queries and questions.

Policy details, changes to plans - you'll give clear answers and update customers' information as necessary. We offer a widerange of products, which means attention to detail is vital. You'll also need some experience in Administration and decent computer skills.

Above all, you need to listen well, communicate clearly and provide customers with a friendly, helpful service. You'll be just as attentive to colleagues, sharing knowledge and playing your part in meeting team targets.
