Our client
Our client is a high profile manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a new NPI Engineer.

The opportunity

As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating the process of new customer products into production and scaling up in higher volumes to manufacture.

You will review and challenge customer design specifications and sales enquiries, liaising withcustomers, suppliers and the manufacturing team to ensure the correct processes, procedures and equipment are in place to manufacture.

About you

HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
Practice in a dedicated NPI Engineer role or Production Engineer with NPI experience
Experience within a high volume manufacturing environment, reviewing and scaling up volume of products to manufacture
Excellent experience with installation and commissioning of new equipment and creating standard operating procedures
Strong communication skills with suppliers, production and customers and challenging specifications
