The Opportunity:


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Lead on the development and implementation of company marketing, communication, and PR strategy to deliver effective and timely communication to key audiences. Proactively contribute to the further development of strategies using initiative and innovativethinking.
  • Lead on the creation and recording of assessment and student support materials.
  • Look after social media channels, ensuring the business achieves ongoing substantial growth, keeping in line with targets
  • Responsible for all creative content, producing high quality and clearly written visual content to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders including media, government, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure the development of the website supports the marketing strategy by providing infrastructure and overseeing the Marketing Communications Graduate work on creative content.
  • Assist with the management and development of innovative digital products and services including the videos and content on the learning hub.
  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop and build trusted relationships with local, national and international partners.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and production standards both internally and external.
  • Monitor and analyse monthly marketing activity, observing trends/sector media and customer buyer/engagement patterns and report recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Support the organisation at events ensuring our reputation is managed and maximum exposure is achieved.
  • Work closely with wider team to brainstorm ideas

Person Specification:


Essential:

  • 2 Years general Marketing Experience
  • Use own initiative and bring new ideas to the marketing team
  • Team Player
  • Experience in design, video editing and content creation
  • Creative
  • Great work ethic

Beneficial:

  • Degree in Marketing

Experience using the following software will be beneficial:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Wordpress
  • Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects or Premier Pro/Photoshop
  • CRM
