Long-term, Temporary (opportunities to go permanent for the right candidate)
This long-term, temporary position offers the potential for permanency for the right candidate. Motivate the pupils and promote and reinforce self esteem.
Provide support for pupils experiencing emotional/behavioural crisis
Support pupils and encourage them to make the appropriate choices about their behaviour
Be fully aware and of the school policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding
Experience working with children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs is essential.
Strong behavior management skills are crucial, as you'll be working with students who may present challenging behaviors.
Possession of a driving license is preferred, though not required.
Shorter working hours which will help you to establish a better work life balance.
Your own dedicated SEND consultant with around the clock access via phone.
